Come share your healing journey in this safe, non-judgmental space.

Free and hosted monthly, join our community for connecting, sharing, and integrating your psychedelic experiences.

Have you had a psychedelic experience and are looking for a space to share with a like-minded group?

As psychedelics enter the mainstream more and more, opportunities to process our insights are a crucial factor for transformative healing.

Through our FREE, monthly Psychedelic Integration Circles, we want to provide a safe space for you to find support as you make sense of your experience. At Numinus, we know that psychedelics can be a catalyst for life-changing breakthroughs but recognize that long-lasting change can only be accomplished by actualizing these insights. Through non-judgmental listening and sharing, let's support one another in the process of integration.

About Dr. Maxime Bourgault, D.Ps.

Dr. Maxime Bourgault is a senior psychologist and the Site Psychotherapy Director. He completed his doctorate at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières and has been practicing psychotherapy with individuals and groups for the past 5 years. He works with teenagers over the age of 17, adults, and seniors facing a wide variety of challenges.

While classically trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Max also integrates elements of Young’s Schema Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into his practice. This allows him to tailor his approach for the individual needs of each client, optimizing efficiency. Basic pragmatism fuels his on-going need to learn and integrate diverse therapeutic options.

Max is passionate, compassionate, and open-minded. His genuine kindness is contagious, making it easy to be authentic around him. He is a certified yoga teacher and has led multiple mindfulness-based therapy groups. His passion for studying human potential has taken him all over the world, experiencing the benefits of many traditions first-hand. This includes the use of psychedelic medicines in traditional settings. He is currently in training to join the Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy Team at Mindspace.

Karine Bertrand, M.Ps.

My life's work has been about empowering individuals that suffer. Whether it be supporting individuals that have experienced trauma, or struggle with their identity, this work has been about being a witness and a guide to individuals transforming from one form of being into another.

I have been practicing for over 12 years as a psychologist and over the last 6 years as a Midwife. To me, human life is the greatest gift, and it is with gratitude and respect that I help midwife the human soul.

I am an integrative, non-directive psychologist who believes in the power of curiosity and compassion for transformation and growth. I am trained in a range of approaches, from classical psychoanalysis and psychodynamic therapies to humanistic and existential approaches. Most recently, I have been training with Dr. Gabor Maté in his work that uses internal family systems, somatic awareness, and compassion. This work Gabor has called “Compassionate Inquiry” and addresses trauma and addiction.

On a personal level, I am a mother, a yogi, a dancer, a meditator and a curious adventurer. Since my first Vipassana meditation retreat, I have been fascinated by the depth and mystery of human experience. It is clear to me that this mystery is an incredible adventure to explore in the context of safety. It has been my experience that we can use non-ordinary states of consciousness to build the life and adventure we deeply want to be living.

Given my own experiences with suffering and transformation, my passion lies in supporting individuals through non ordinary states of consciousness where non ordinary states include psychedelics, meditation, breathwork, but also trauma, giving birth, our dreams, identity formation and desolation, travel, and shape shifting.
